Thường khi nhận thư mời phỏng vấn, LSQ sẽ có phần yêu cầu giấy tờ mang theo trong buổi phỏng vấn cứ theo đó mà thực hiện, vậy là được rồi. Cũng như phải đi khám sức khỏe và chích ngừa trước khi phỏng vấn.

Dear Thi Hong Hao Tran,
This notice is to inform you that your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been since 08-Oct-2020. NVC has received all of the fees, forms and documents required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview. Your petition is awaiting an interview appointment. At this time, no further action is required. We appreciate your patience.
Your case will remain at NVC until an appointment is scheduled, at which time we will send it to the appropriate U.S. Embassy or Consulate General. We will notify the applicant, petitioner, and attorney (if applicable) when an appointment is scheduled.
The U.S. Embassy or Consulate tells NVC which dates they are holding interviews. NVC fills these appointments on a first-in, first-out basis and is unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.

- Selling a house, car or property,
- Resigning from a job, or;
- Making other travel arrangements.

Hồ sơ gia đình bạn đã hoàn tất, nhưng do dịch bệnh Covid-19 đang bùng phát toàn cầu, ngay tại thời điểm này LSQ chưa thể xếp lịch phỏng vấn, nên gia đình bạn phải cố gắng chờ thêm thời gian nữa.

Tình hình dịch bệnh Covid-19 đang bùng phát mạnh, chờ đến khi nhận thư mời phỏng vấn rồi hãy đi làm. Vì LLTP số 2 làm vài ngày là xong, không cần phải gấp.

Trường hợp con trai của Tôi sinh ngày: 23/10/2003.
Theo hồ sơ của gia đình thì còn được bao nhiêu lâu là quá tuổi được đi theo gia đình.

Hồ sơ này của bạn có ngày ưu tiên 16/02/2007, nhưng không thấy thông tin về ngày chấp thuận Approval Date, nên không thể tính chính xác tuổi CSPA cho cháu được.

Tìm lại số biên nhận của hồ sơ là Receipt Number do USCIS cấp để check kiểm tra, hoặc ngày, tháng, năm mà NVC gửi thông báo cấp số hồ sơ Case Number HCM cho gia đình bạn.

Bạn cần cung cấp thêm cho tôi số biên nhận Receipt Number do USCIS cấp khi làm hồ sơ bảo lãnh ban đầu, để tôi check tìm lại ngày chấp thuận Approval Date, thì mới có thể tính chính xác tuổi CSPA được. Vậy nhé bạn.

Không có thông tin hồ sơ thì không thể check tìm lại. Nên trong trường hợp này tôi không thể giúp bạn. Cũng như không có cơ sở để tính tuổi CSPA được.
