Cho mình hỏi về trường hợp của mình với:

- Priority Date: 22/06/2011

- Case Number: HCM2016695062

- Receipt Number: WAC 11904 94355

- Diện F2B.

1/. Mình đã đóng tiền chi phí lúc tháng 06/2017 và nộp hồ sơ tầm tháng 10/2017.  Nhưng chưa thấy gọi báo lịch khám sức khỏe, và phỏng vấn nên hơi lo. Mình có điền form trên NVC và nhận được câu trả lời: "We cannot review your application until we receive an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and your supporting civil documents. If you already sent them to NVC, please disregard this letter.". Nhưng mình đã nộp hết hồ sơ, không biết có lạc gì không?

2/. Mình chưa làm Giấy chứng nhận độc thân thì bây giờ bắt đầu làm được không? hay đợi giấy gọi về rồi làm vì bên phường báo khoảng 10 ngày ah. Nhưng 16-22t mình ở Sài Gòn nhưng hộ khẩu còn ở Đăk Lak thì mình phải về Đăk Lak làm hả ? Nếu ở Sài Gòn làm giấy độc thân từ 22t đến giờ được không vậy ?

Bạn cần phải đăng nhập với nick Hoangle, và post bài lại. Không sử dụng nick Hoang, vì chưa đăng ký chỉ là Guest (khách). Rồi sẽ được giúp.

Bạn phải chủ động liên hệ vói NVC, để hỏi xem hồ sơ đã hoàn tất complete xong chưa?

Kiểm tra các thông tin thật đầy đủ, chính xác, cũng như mã xác nhận. Sau cùng bấm vào Submit để gửi thư đến NVC.

Theo quy định của Nhà nước Việt Nam, thì Giấy xác nhận tình trạng độc thân của nam là 20 tuổi trở lên, và nữ là 18 tuổi trở lên.

Vậy mình phải liên hệ tổng đài hay sao ?

Mình điền form gửi nhiều lần vẫn nhận được câu trả lời giống nhau.
