Gia đình mìbieetsang khiếu kiện cho mình và em gái mình.

Ngày sinh mình: 30-10-1992 và mình và em gái 13/06/1995 đều không có tên trong thư gửi về vì quá tuổi nhưng xét theo CSPA thì mình vẫn được. Luật sư bảo vẫn phải chờ để biết. Mình check trên NVC thì hồ sơ ghi như vầy.

Vậy tính khoảng bao lâu nữa hồ sơ nhà mình mới được tiến hành tiếp

Bạn không biết gì về ngày ưu tiên, ngày chấp thuận của hồ sơ cũng như không cung cấp diện visa? thì diễn đàn không thể tính tuổi CSPA cho bạn được.

Vậy hồ sơ của gia đình bạn đã thực hiện đầy đủ 6 step gửi NVC xong chưa?

Nhà mình đã thực hiện đầy đủ xong hết 5 bước rồi ad, vậy thường thì khoảng bao lâu sẽ có lịch vậy ad.
