Cám ơn diễn đàn rất nhiều,xin hỏi diễn đàn là trong hồ sơ gửi NVC thì phải photo hộ chiếu (passport) vậy có phải sao y bản chính hay không.Xin cám ơn

-Kính gửi diễn đàn ,tôi có 1 việc kính nhờ diễn đàn giúp :
-Hiện tôi đang hoàn thiện hồ sơ nộp cho NVC ,trong đó có điền đơn I-864,do hồ sơ của gia đình tôi không đủ income nên tôi có nhờ 1 người anh họ làm I-864 đồng bảo trợ ,nhưng khi tôi nhận được I-864 vào ngày hôm nay thì trên góc phải ghi là Expires 07/31/2017,trong khi đó theo mẫu trên điễn đàn hướng dẫn thì theo mẫu mới có Expires 03/31/2020 ,vậy xin hỏi tôi có thể nộp cho NVC I-864 có hạn Expires 07/31/2017 được không ,vì nếu nhờ làm lại thì mất khá nhiều thời gian .Xin cám ơn diễn đàn ,mong sớm hồi âm.

Bạn phải sử dụng Form I-864 mẫu mới ngày 31/03/2020, còn mẫu cũ ngày 31/07/2017 đã hết hạn sử dụng.

Tôi đã nộp toàn bộ hồ sơ như hướng dẫn của trang web Vietditru ,nhưng theo hồi đáp trên của NVC thì tôi cũng không hiểu ? Vì dịch google thì phần trên là thiếu giấy tờ ,phần dưới thì NVC báo không cần gửi nữa .Tóm lại xin diễn đàn giúp tôi là hồ sơ của tôi đã hoàn tất hay chưa và phải bổ sung gì nữa không ? Xin cám ơn, mong diễn đàn giải thích rõ hơn về tình trạng của tôi ,vì tôi đọc phần dịch không hiểu cho lắm.Trong khi người nhà của tôi thì xem xong và nói OK ,chỉ chờ phỏng vấn và mang theo các giấy tờ LSQ TPHCM yêu cầu.Thật sự hoang mang quá .Xin diễn đàn giúp đỡ và xem xét kỹ giúp.Cám ơn diễn đàn
P/s gia đình tôi gồm 4 hồ sơ cũng nhận được mail y như trên.

Nội dung email trên là hồ sơ của gia đình bạn đang bị checklist, cần phải bổ sung giấy tờ theo yêu cầu của NVC.

Xin diễn đàn giúp tôi về đơn khiếu nại CSPA ,trong đó có ngày dòng Approval Date,theo hồ sơ của tôi thì thấy có 3 ngày thì nên điền ngày nào vào đơn.
1-Trong đơn I-797 có ngày Notice Day là 24 June 2010
2-Theo Mẫu P3AU gửi đến nhà của tôi có ghi HCM2010772179 ghi ngày trên cùng là 04 Oct 2010
3-Dựa vào cách tính HCM (772-500=272) ra số ngày trong năm 2010 thì là 29 Sep 2010
Do không có chỗ nào ghi chính xác là Approval Date thì xin diễn đàn giúp tôi Approval Date của tôi chính xác là ngày nào .
