Ngày chấp thuận: 16jun2009.

Theo em được biết là hồ sơ đã được mở tới 15/05/2006, đã vượt đáo hạn hồ sơ nhà em, thì bước tiếp theo em phải làm gì ạ? em sinh ngày 27/07/1995, đã vượt quá 21 tuổi thì khi hồ sơ mở em làm đơn khiếu nại ạ? em cám ơn anh chị ạ.

Dựa vào bảng tính tuổi CSPA có kết quả sau:

Bạn sinh ngày 27/07/1995, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 15/02/2020. Trường hợp này của bạn đủ tuổi CSPA được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình, nhưng tuổi thực hiện tại của bạn đã trên 21 tuổi rồi. Vì thế thời gian sắp tới gia đình bạn, đương đơn chính cần phải tiến hành khiếu nại tuổi CSPA cho bạn tại NVC, khi hồ sơ đến lượt được thông báo mở, hoặc ở tại LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM khi nhận thư mời phỏng vấn.

Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 22/05/2005, và mở hồ sơ đến trước ngày 15/05/2006, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 25/11/2005.

Vì thế gia đình bạn cần phải chủ động liên hệ với NVC, để hỏi xem hồ sơ sắp được mở chưa?

Cho em hỏi là cùng 1 người bảo lãnh, bảo lãnh 2 gia đình cùng 1 ngay ưu tiên, thì có gặp nhiều vấn đề gì không ạ?

Việc bảo lãnh 2 gia đình cùng 1 ngày ưu tiên thì không vấn đề gì cả. Nhưng quan trọng là phần Bảo trợ Tài chánh có đủ hay không? đó mới là vấn đề quan trọng và cần thiết trong hồ sơ di trú.

dạ vâng ạ. khi em đã nhận được mail là mở hồ sơ. thì có nhận giấy thông báo gì đã mở hồ sơ về Mỹ không ạ? và nếu có thì sau tầm bao lâu ạ? vì em ở Việt Nam hỏi NVC nên được nhận mail
