Hồ sơ bạn hiện tại đang vẫn còn ở Trung tâm Chiếu khán Quốc gia NVC.
Hiện nay diện visa F2B đang xem xét đến trước ngày 15/05/2011, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 13/10/2011, chưa đến lượt đáo hạn, nên bạn phải cố gắng chờ thêm thời gian nữa.

Cho mình hỏi thêm điều này là khi đọc về tiến trình mở hồ sơ thì thấy rằng trước 6 tháng dựa vào ngày ưu tiên với lịch visa bulletin thì NVC sẽ gửi email hướng dẫn các bước làm thủ tục giấy tờ để nộp cho họ. Vậy mình có phải hỏi NVC ngay lúc này không?

Thường mỗi tháng lịch visa hàng tháng của NVC có đăng tải trên diễn đàn. Trong đó có ngày xem xét, và ngày mở hồ sơ. Bạn theo dõi lịch này khi nào thấy đến ngày ưu tiên của hồ sơ bạn, thì phải chủ động liên hệ với NVC để hỏi.

Nội dung email trên NVC thông báo như sau:
Tôi chỉ tóm gọn những ý chính để bạn dễ hiểu.
Do các hạn chế về số lượng phát hành thị thực nhập cư theo quy định của pháp luật, đơn yêu cầu này không đủ điều kiện để tiếp tục xử lý tại thời điểm này. NVC sẽ giữ bản kiến nghị này cho đến khi có thị thực nhập cư. Người khởi kiện, người nộp đơn chính, hoặc luật sư hồ sơ sẽ được thông báo khi đơn yêu cầu này đủ điều kiện để tiếp tục xử lý. Người nộp đơn chính không nên thực hiện bất kỳ kế hoạch cụ thể nào như xử lý tài sản, từ bỏ công việc, hoặc sắp đặt việc đi lại vào lúc này.
Hiện tại bạn không cần làm gì cả, mà cố gắng chờ thêm thời gian nữa.
cám ơn Khahan, vì mình thấy trên visa bulletin đang mở hồ sơ trước 08/01/2012 mà ngày ưu tiên của mình là 13/10/2011 đến giờ chưa thấy NVC thông báo còn ngày đáo hạn chỉ khoảng 2 tháng nửa là đến nên mình rất lo.
