Em tên là Phương Uyên. Theo em được biết thì chú em (em ruột ba) hiện đang làm hồ sơ bảo lãnh cho gia đình em, từ năm 2009 gia đình em có nhận được 1 tờ thông báo (em sẽ đính kèm bên dưới). Trong giấy chỉ thể hiện thông tin sau: 

1) Case Number: HCM2009745055

2) Priority Date: 06/02/2007.

Hiện tại thì gia đình em đang không biết hồ sơ của gia đình em đang như thế nào, đã mở hay chưa. Ngoài ra thì gia đình đang lo em quá tuổi sẽ không được bảo lãnh, em sinh ngày 27/04/1996. Mong anh/chị xem và hướng dẫn giúp gia đình em. https://wingur.com/i/gjvRS

Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 01/01/2007, và mở hồ sơ đến ngày 01/07/2007. Hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 06/02/2007.

Vì thế bạn cần phải chủ động liên hệ với NVC, để hỏi xem hồ sơ sắp được mở chưa.

Kiểm tra các thông tin thật đầy đủ, chính xác, cũng như mã xác nhận (Tôi không phải là người máy). Sau cùng bấm vào Submit để gửi thư đến NVC.

Còn muốn tính chính xác tuổi CSPA. Bạn cần phải cung cấp cho tôi biết thêm các thông tin như sau:

1/. Số biên nhận Receipt Number do U SCIS cấp.

2/. Ngày chấp thuận Approval Date.
