Hiện tại diện visa F2B đang xem xét đến trước ngày 22/11/2010, hồ sơ bạn có ngày ưu tiên 13/10/2011. Theo dự đoán phải còn chờ khoảng gần 1 năm nữa mới đến lượt đáo hạn. Tuy nhiên còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo, và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho bạn.

Tôi tóm tắt những ý chính quan trọng.

Trung tâm Visa Quốc gia (NVC) đã nhận được yêu cầu của bạn về đơn xin cấp thị thực di dân: HCM2013796014 do NAO THI LY gửi thay mặt cho HAI VĂN LE.

Do những hạn chế số về việc cấp thị thực nhập cư theo luật định, đơn yêu cầu này không được gia hạn thêm vào thời điểm này. NVC sẽ giữ đơn này cho đến khi có thị thực nhập cư. Người khởi kiện, người nộp đơn chính, hoặc luật sư của hồ sơ sẽ được thông báo khi thỉnh nguyện thư này có thể được xử lý tiếp. Hiện tại diện visa F2B đang xem xét đến trước ngày 01/12/2010, và mở hồ sơ đến trước ngày 01/09/2011, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 13/10/2011. Nếu thời gian sắp tới lịch visa tiến triển bình thường tăng đều đặn, thì hy vọng là hồ sơ của bạn đến tháng sau sẽ được xem xét để mở.

Bao giờ thì đến lượt hồ sơ của mình được mở. Mình xem trên lịch là đến ngày 8-9-2011. Vậy bao giờ mới đến lượt của mình. Xin cám ơn.

Hồ sơ của bạn chưa đến lượt đáo hạn, nếu lịch visa hàng tháng tăng bình thường, thì có thể là hồ sơ của bạn tháng tới sẽ đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết.

Không cần phải làm gì cả, mà khi khi nào hồ sơ đến lượt đáo hạn được NVC thông báo mở, thì mới bắt đầu chuẩn bị những giấy tờ cần thiết nộp cho NVC để họ xem xét hoàn tất complete hồ sơ.
