Hướng dẫn Check Case Number HCM tại NVC
Các ACE có thể tự Check Case Number HCM tại NVC, ở đường link sau:

Hướng dẫn cách Check Case Number HCM như sau:
Ở khung Immgrant Visa Case Number: nhập số HCMxxxxxxxxxx (10 số kèm theo) kế tiếp ở khung chữ Submit màu đỏ, Click mouse (bấm chuột) 1 lần và gửi đi, sau khi thao tác đã đúng, thì sẽ hiển thị hộp thoại với nội dung trường hợp của từng hồ sơ.
Khi Check hồ sơ xong sẽ có 4 trường hợp xảy ra, thí dụ như sau:

Trường hợp này hồ sơ đã hoàn tất, và chỉ chờ phỏng vấn.
– Ready như ở trên, có nghĩa là:
1/. Đã sẵn sàng cho việc phỏng vấn.
2/. NVC có thể phát thư trong nay mai, hoặc cũng có thể trong vài tháng tới (chỉ mang tính tương đối thôi).
3/. Có thể đã nhận thư, nhưng chưa phỏng vấn.
4/. Hoặc phỏng vấn xong, và đang chờ kết quả từ Lãnh sự quán.

Nếu ai đã phỏng vấn ok xong thì Check sẽ biết Visa của mình đã được in hay chưa để đỡ sốt ruột, hoặc vô trang Tracking EMS http://www.ems.com.vn/Default.aspx để Check xem thử Visa mình được chuyển về đến địa phương nào (các bạn nhập các con số của mã số vạch trên biên lai đóng tiền EMS -Thí dụ: EN05385xxxxVN, vào khung Tra cứu vận đơn rồi bấm Tìm kiếm).
