Xin lưu ý là mặc dù Sở Nhập tịch và Di trú Hoa Kỳ cho địa chỉ email của họ, nhưng họ nói hiện tại họ chưa chấp nhận đơn xin tham khảo hồ sơ bằng email.
Riêng ở National Visa Center, cuối thư, bạn phải ghi thêm câu này:
“I (declare, certify, verify, state) under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the foregoing is true and correct.”
Ngoài ra, bạn phải gửi thư bằng đường bưu điện. Họ không chấp nhận Fax.
