While I was a legal permanent resident, I petitioned for my daughter under category F2B. Due to the fact that I recently became a US citizen it enables me to upgrade the petition from category F2B to category F1 but I would like to keep the petition at category F2B. Please remain my daughter's case in the F2B preference category and process her case with consular processing.
