“Lễ Tưởng Niệm Chiến Sĩ Trận Vong hay Ngày Tưởng Niệm Chiến Sĩ Trận Vong (Memorial Day) là một ngày Lễ Liên Bang (Federal Holiday) tại Hoa Kỳ – vào ngày Thứ Hai cuối cùng trong tháng 5 hằng năm.
Ngày lễ đầu tiên – 30 tháng 5, 1868 – có tên là Decoration Day được tổ chức để tưởng niệm những quân nhân cả hai miền Bắc (Union) và Nam (Confederate) đã tử trận trong Nội Chiến Hoa Kỳ (American Civil War). Sau Thế Chiến Thứ Nhất (World War I), ngày lễ này bắt đầu được mở rộng để tưởng niệm binh sĩ tử nạn trong các cuộc chiến khác.
Từ năm 1971, Lễ Tưởng Niệm Chiến Sĩ Trận Vong chính thức trở thành ngày Lễ Liên Bang ở Hoa Kỳ. Vào ngày này, người Mỹ đi viếng thăm các nghĩa trang và các đài tưởng niệm; lá cờ Hiệp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ được để rũ cho đến trưa theo giờ địa phương.
