Hồ sơ bạn hiện tại vẫn còn ở Trung tâm Chiếu khán Quốc gia NVC.

Hiện nay diện visa F2A đang xem xét đến trước ngày 22/12/2014, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 16/11/2015. Theo dự đoán phải còn chờ khoảng gần 1 năm nữa mới đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết, và cũng còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo, và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho bạn.

Đơn xin cấp thị thực di dân HCM2016673053 hiện đang trong danh sách các trường hợp đã hoàn tất đang chờ sẵn có số thị thực. Đơn kiện này sẽ hội đủ điều kiện để có một cuộc phỏng vấn xin thị thực di dân khi có số thị thực cho Bộ Phận Bầu Cử của Bộ Ngoại Giao Hoa Kỳ. Ấn bản hiện tại của bản tin visa có trên trang web sau đây:

Vì hồ sơ của em có ngày ưu tiên là 16/11/2015, hiện lịch Visa tháng 08.2017 là 22/09/2015, cách ngày ưu tiên của em khoảng 2 tháng, nhưng hiện giờ hồ sơ vẫn còn ở NVC, vậy liệu em có được xếp lịch phỏng vấn trong 2-3 tháng nữa không ạh?

Không thể đoán chính xác được thời gian, vì tùy vào trường hợp của mỗi hồ sơ khác nhau, và còn dựa vào năng lực làm việc, cách sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn của LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM nữa.

Nếu hồ sơ bạn đã hoàn tất complete tại NVC xong rồi, thì bạn có thể liên hệ với NVC để hỏi ngày phỏng vấn.
