Nhà e có dc bác e bảo lãnh từ năm T5/2006 đến nay là được 12 năm theo e được biết là hồ sơ săp đến lượt giải quyết. e đã quá 21t sau khi đã khấu trừ thời gian nộp hồ sơ  (hồ sơ nhà e được chấp thuận vào năm 2009). Anh chị có thể tư vấn cho e hiện e đã đăng ký kết hôn và có 1 cháu trai. Thì trương hợp e có thể ly hôn sau đó ba mẹ e qua Mỹ bảo lãnh e theo diện con độc thân trên 21t rôi sau khi e được qua mỹ thì e có thể quay về VN và đang ký kết hôn lại với vợ e và bảo lãnh vợ con e được k? Hay e phải đợi ba mẹ e có quôc tịch rồi bảo lãnh hết gia đình e qua thì sẽ đỡ răc rối. Vì ba mẹ e đã lớn tuổi ( 64t) nên e lo sợ vể thời gian chờ đợi lâu thì lỡ có chuyện gì thì k thể bảo lãnh được? và có trường hợp nào ba mẹ bảo lãnh con trên 21t độc thân và về Vn kêt hôn lại với vợ cũ và bảo lãnh thành công chưa? kính mong anh chị tư vấn giúp e, e chân thành cảm ơn!

Bạn phải chịu khó chờ khi nào Ba Mẹ bạn sang Mỹ định cư xong sau 5 năm thi quốc tịch đậu là công dân Hoa Kỳ, thì sẽ mở hồ sơ bảo lãnh cho gia đình bạn theo diện visa F3 như thế sẽ an tâm hơn. Tuy nhiên chậm mà chắc còn hơn là bạn đã kết hôn, rồi lại ly hôn, sau đó lại kết hôn trở lại rất là phiền phức cho hồ sơ về sau này, và mất thời gian.

P/s: Khi post bài bạn cần lưu ý điều này, tuyệt đối không được viết tắt.

Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 22/05/2005, và mở hồ sơ đến trước ngày 15/05/2006, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 08/05/2005.

Vì thế bạn cần phải chủ động liên hệ với NVC, để hỏi xem hồ sơ sắp được mở chưa?

Do những hạn chế về số lượng trong việc cấp thị thực nhập cư theo quy định của pháp luật, kiến ​​nghị này không đủ điều kiện để xử lý thêm tại thời điểm này. NVC sẽ giữ bản kiến ​​nghị này cho đến khi có thị thực nhập cư. Người khởi kiện, người nộp đơn chính hoặc luật sư về hồ sơ sẽ được thông báo khi đơn khởi kiện này đủ điều kiện để tiếp tục xử lý. Chào các anh chị ban quản trị. Hiện hồ sơ nhà em đã được mở và được đóng phí rồi ạ. Bác em đã nhận được mail gửi từ NVC về việc thông báo mở hồ sơ cho gia đình em và e có tìm tòi theo hướng dẫn trên diễn đàn và vào thử website CEAC thì đúng là đã mở và cho đóng tiền 3 thành viên ( mẹ em, ba em và em con duy nhất) và được điền form IV trên website nhưng e chưa rành lắm nên k dám click vào thêm nữa. Vậy nhờ anh chị cho e hỏi là liệu hồ sơ mở mà có tên em vậy là em có khả năng được đi k ạ? Vì e theo dõi thường thì con đi theo ba mẹ mà quá tuổi thì bị loại khỏi hồ sơ và không được đóng tiền, nếu muốn khiếu nại thì đợi hồ sơ gửi về lãnh sự ở Việt Nam khiếu nại thành công mới được đóng tiền thì trường hợp của em là được đóng tiền luôn và điền đơn thì e có thể được đi theo ba mẹ luôn đúng k ạ? Về vấn đề e đã ly hôn thì có ảnh hưởng gì tới việc khi đi phỏng vấn bị trục trặc là k phải độc thân từ trước mà gần tới hồ sơ mở mới độc thân thì có bị trục trặc gì không? 

Em sinh ngày 17/03/1993  thì theo hồ sơ e đã quá tuổi rồi.Hồ sơ có ngày ưu tiên là 08/05/2006 Và được approve vào năm 2009 em k nhớ rõ ngày tháng.
